ThenumberofstudentsfromcountriesinvolvedintheChinainspiredBeltandRoadinitiative,alsoknownasTheSilkRoadEconomicBeltandthe21st-centuryMaritimeSilkRoad,hassignificantlyincreased.In2016,studentsfromthe64countriesintheinitiativesaw200thousandstudentscomingtoChinatostudy,representinganincreaseof13.6%comparedwithoneyearbefore.
