　　（一）申请条件

　　ForeignChinesewhohaveadoctoraldegreeoraboveandworkinBeijingwithaworkresidencepermitmayapplyforpermanentresidenceofforeigners.

　　具有博士研究生以上学历且持工作类居留许可在北京工作的外籍华人，可以申请办理外国人永久居留。

　　1.Two2-inchfrontbareheadedwhiteorlightbluebackgroundcolorphotosandelectronicphotos(submittedonCD).

　　1.2张2寸正面免冠白色或淡蓝色背景彩色照片及电子版照片（刻录光盘提交）。

　　Copiesoftheapplicant'svalidforeignpassportandvalidworkresidencepermitinBeijing.

　　申请人有效外国护照和在北京办理的有效工作类居留许可复印件。

　　TheapplicantshouldprovideChina'spassportthathasobtainedforeignresidencequalificationcertificate,naturalizationpaperorregisteredresidencetranscriptandnaturalization.OrsubmittheoriginaloftheforeignChinesecertificateletterissuedbytheBeijingOverseasChineseAffairsOffice.

　　申请人需提供曾取得外国定居资格凭证、入籍纸或户籍誊本、入籍时使用的中国护照；或提交北京市侨务办公室出具的外籍华人凭证函件原件。

　　Copyofeducationdegreecertificate(thecertificatemustbecertifiedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinthecountryorthecertificationauthoritydesignatedbytheNationalEducationDepartment).

　　教育学历学位证书复印件（证书须由中国驻该国使领馆认证或国家教育部门指定的认证机构进行认证）。

　　Photocopyofthecertificateofnocriminalrecordabroad(allcountriesorregionsthathaveresidedcontinuouslyformorethan2yearsbeforethedateofapplication)(thecertificatemustbecertifiedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinthatcountry,orsubmitthecertificateissuedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinChina.ThecertificateandthecertificationissuedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateabroadshallbewithin6monthsbeforethedateofacceptance).

　　国外（申请之日前连续居留2年以上的所有国家或地区）无犯罪记录凭证复印件（凭证须经中国驻该国使领馆认证，或提交所属国驻华使（领）馆出具的凭证，凭证及中国驻外使领馆的认证出具时间均应在受理之日前6个月内）。

　　AcopyofthephysicalexaminationcertificateissuedbythehealthandquarantinedepartmentdesignatedbytheChinesegovernmentoraforeignmedicalinstitutioncertifiedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinthatcountry(theentry-exithealthandquarantinedepartmentdesignatedinBeijingistheBeijingInternationalTravelhealthcarecenter,andthecertificationshallbeissuedwithin6monthsbeforethedateofacceptance).

　　中国政府指定的卫生检疫部门出具的或者经中国驻该国使领馆认证的外国医疗机构签发的体格检查凭证复印件（在京指定的出入境卫生检疫部门为北京国际旅行卫生保健中心,认证的出具时间应在受理之日前6个月内）。

　　Copyofindividualtaxpaymentcertificateissuedbytaxauthority.

　　税务机关出具的个人缴税凭证复印件。

　　Copyofunitregistrationcertificate.Theenterpriseshallissueacopyofthecompany'sbusinesslicense,andotherunitsshallissuecertificatessuchasthecertificateofpublicinstitutionlegalperson.Iftheemployerisaforeign-investedenterprise,theenterpriseshallalsoissuetheapprovalcertificateofforeign-investedenterprise,thereceiptforfilingtheestablishmentofforeign-investedenterpriseandthereceiptforfilingthechangeofforeign-investedenterprise.

　　单位登记凭证复印件。企业应出具公司《营业执照副本》，其他单位应出具《事业单位法人证书》等凭证材料。如任职单位是外商投资企业的，企业还应出具《外商投资企业批准证书》或《外商投资企业设立备案回执》、《外商投资企业变更备案回执》。

　　Theoriginaloftheemploymentcertificateissuedbytheemployer.

　　任职单位出具的任职凭证原件。

　　Copiesofforeignerworkpermit,foreigneremploymentpermitorforeignexpertcertificate.Theinformationabouttheemploymentunit,positionandpersonalinformationshallbeconsistentwiththeemploymentvoucherandotherrelevantvouchers.

　　《外国人工作许可证》、《外国人就业证》或《外国专家证》复印件。有关任职单位、职务及个人情况等信息应与任职凭证等有关凭证一致。

　　Resumeoftheapplicant(fromtheageof18tonow,consecutiveyearsandmonthsarerequired).

　　申请人个人简历（18周岁至今，要求年份和月份之间连续）。

　　Note:1.ThecertificatesissuedbyrelevantforeigninstitutionsshallbecertifiedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinthatcountry.

　　注：1.外国有关机构出具的凭证需经中国驻该国使领馆认证。

　　2.ForeignlanguagematerialsshallbetranslatedintoChineseandstampedwiththeofficialsealofthetranslationcompany.

　　2.外文材料需译成中文，并在翻译件上加盖翻译公司公章。

　　3.Theoriginalshallbereviewedbeforesubmittingthecopy,andanA4copyisrequired.

　　3.递交复印件前均需审核原件，需一份A4规格复印件。

　　4.IftheapplicantneedstoprinttheChinesenameonthe"greencard",itshallindicatewhethertoprinttheChinesenameinthecolumnof"othermatterstobeexplained"ontheapplicationform.

　　4.申请人如需在“绿卡”上打印中文姓名，应在申请表上“其他需说明的事项”栏目中明示是否打印中文姓名。

　　5.China'sregisteredresidencepersonnelshouldbecancelledafterregisteredresidenceregistration.

　　5.未注销中国户籍的人员，应注销户籍后再提出申请。
